After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 1-2 weeks to process your swimwear order and 24-48hrs for non swimwear orders. PE ERRE SWIM will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
- Swimwear Orders are processed between 1-2 weeks (All swimwear are made to order). We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
- For swimwear that are ‘Ready to Ship’ are going to be process between 24-48hrs.
- Domestic Shipping: please allow 1-3 days business days.
- International Shipping: At the moment we don’t offer international shipping but if you want to shipped internationally please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our contact us form for shipping rates, custom duties and taxes if applicable.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Except Swimwear).
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days (Except Swimwear).
- Pre Order sales will be shipped on the date announced in the product description. If for any reason the date of shipping changes, customers will be notified via email. PE ERRE SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered.
Tracking your order: A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. The tracking number will be included and a link to track the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information: PE ERRE SWIM is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are unable to alter the destination address.
Delivered But Not Delivered: If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
Expedited: Please Note, selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
