Hey! We are sorry that you have to return your item, but here's the good news: we accept returns within five (5) days upon receiving the merchandise, for most items, except; final sales, clearance, swimwear, special promo items and accessories.
Things you should know:
- Returns are refunded only via store credit in the form of a PE ERRE SWIM E-Gift Card. PE ERRE SWIM does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges
- Items on Sale, Clearance and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn,unwashed and unaltered with tags attached. No sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc
- Only regular priced items can be exchanged or refunded with a store credit. Unfortunately, sale items, special promo items, clearance, swimwear and accessories are not included.
- For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories such as hats and jewerly are non-refundable.
- Merchandise will be exchanged only once

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
How do I return an item?
1. Fill out our contact us form with your name (as appear in the order), invoice number & item name.
2. Please Indicate the reason for your return.
3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
4. Once the package is received and verified for condition, online store credit will be processed immediately in the form of a PE ERRE SWIM E-Gift Card. A confirmation will be sent by email with all the info of the Gift Card and/or changes of the order.
